On June 19, the Traffic Police force of Hung Yen Provincial Police promptly supported to bring a 2-year-old boy in a state of convulsions and cyanosis to the hospital for emergency treatment by specialized vehicle.
According to the leader of the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police, the incident occurred at about 7:45 am on the same day when the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 including Major Tran Dang Thang (Team Leader), Lieutenant Colonel Bui Dang Tam and Senior Lieutenant Nguyen The Tai were on patrol and control duty at Km80+600 National Highway 10.
While performing the task, the task force received an urgent request for support from two people holding a baby boy about 2 years old showing signs of convulsions, purple all over his body and needing to be taken to the emergency room immediately.
Faced with the emergency situation, Major Tran Dang Thang directed the use of specialized vehicles of the traffic police force to take the baby to Thai Binh Children's Hospital in the fastest time for doctors to intervene medically.
Thanks to being taken to the hospital in time, the baby was out of danger and was rescued at the right time.
According to the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police, the child is Vu Tien Hoang (born in 2025), son of Mr. Vu Tien Huy and Ms. Nguyen Diep Linh, residing in Thuong Dat village, Tra Ly ward, Hung Yen province.
The family said that after being rescued, baby Hoang's health has stabilized and is still being monitored and treated at the hospital by doctors.
