Ms. Pham Thi Duong's birth name is Pham Thi Chai (born on August 19, 1925, hometown Kien Quoc commune, Ninh Giang district, Hai Duong province, now Khuc Thua Du commune, Hai Phong city). She was admitted to the Party on June 9,477 at Kien Quoc Party Cell, officially on September 26, 1947. She currently lives in Ninh Hai 1 Party Cell. During the revolutionary activities, Ms. Duong was arrested and imprisoned by the enemy, but with her strong will and absolute loyalty to the Party and the Fatherland, she did not declare and maintain the communist air. With those contributions and sacrifices, she was honored to receive the Second Class Resistance Medal in 1962, the First Class Resistance Medal in 1985.
