Mr. Nguyen Van Ly - Chairman of Tung Vai Commune People's Committee said that up to now, the preparation for the election day has been basically completed. Election teams continue to review voter lists, prepare the best facilities. At the same time, promote propaganda to help people understand their rights and obligations.
