On June 27, information from the People's Committee of Thai Binh ward, Hung Yen province, the unit has just organized coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for 4 households in Tu Linh residential group and Nhat Tan residential group due to illegal construction of works on agricultural land.
Accordingly, 4 households in Tu Linh residential group and Nhat Tan residential group, Thai Binh ward, arbitrarily changed the land use purpose of rice land to non-agricultural land to build houses, corrugated iron shacks and other auxiliary items without permission from competent authorities. The total area of violating land of the 4 households is more than 800m2.
Previously, the Ward People's Committee directed functional forces to repeatedly propagate, mobilize, and request households to voluntarily dismantle violating works and remedy the consequences; and at the same time issue notices and decisions on administrative sanctions in accordance with regulations. However, by the end of the prescribed deadline, the above-mentioned households still did not voluntarily comply, the Ward People's Committee decided to apply coercive measures to restore the original state of the land before the violation.

Strictly handling violations contributes to improving the efficiency of state management of land and construction order; preventing encroachment and land use for wrong purposes, and gradually restoring discipline in land management and use in the area.
