On June 23, according to information from Hung Yen Provincial Police, Hoan Long Commune People's Committee organized the implementation of coercive decisions to forcibly remedy the consequences for 4 violating households on agricultural land, traffic safety corridors and protection corridors of irrigation works.
The violations include 3 households in Trang Vu village and 1 household in Dong Tao Dong village. According to functional agencies, the households have committed acts of using agricultural land in violation of regulations, building illegal works and architectural structures within the traffic safety corridor and the protection corridor of irrigation works, affecting land management and construction order in the area.
To ensure the coercion process takes place safely and in accordance with the law, Hoan Long Commune Police have proactively developed plans and measures to ensure security and order; coordinated with functional forces, departments, branches, mass organizations and local authorities to synchronously implement assigned tasks.
Before the time of coercion, the police force promoted propaganda and mobilized households to comply with the decisions of competent authorities; and at the same time strengthened grasping the local situation, reviewing factors related to security and order to promptly advise on appropriate handling measures, not allowing complicated situations to arise.
