Investing 425 billion VND to renovate the landscape of Han River
According to Mr. Phung Phu Phong - Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, regarding the landscape of the Han River, in 2017, Da Nang organized a competition to select the Planning and Landscape Design Ideas for both banks of the Han River, Da Nang City and the results of the competition were reported to the City People's Committee. After that, Da Nang integrated the landscape of the Han River into the general planning and was approved by the Prime Minister on March 15, 2021 and specified this content into the approved zoning plan of the East Han River.
Currently, the landscape of the East bank of the Han River has been assigned by the City People's Committee to the Civil Works Investment Project Management Board as the investor. The Department of Construction has also signed and submitted to the Department of Planning and Investment for completion. This is a Group B project with a total investment of more than 425 billion VND and is expected to be submitted to the People's Committee for approval of the investment policy in the thematic meeting in early 2025.
“This project has a long duration because it involves many items, especially right in the city center. When the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works implemented this project, it took careful steps in collecting opinions as well as reviewing and matching all landscape contents, because this is an extremely sensitive area. Regarding progress, in 2025, the investment policy will be approved, the project will be approved and it is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2028,” said Mr. Phung Phu Phong.

Visitors can scan AR to experience fireworks even on days when there are no fireworks displays or when the DIFF festival has ended, prolonging the joy of coming to Da Nang.
For guests who are standing far away and cannot hear the shooting music clearly, they can access the Sun Paradise Land application to listen to real-time music while shooting, increasing the emotional and realistic experience.
