To promptly support, share and encourage localities that are heavily affected by storm No. 3, in the immediate future, the city leaders sent 4 working groups to visit and support about 25 billion VND to help localities partially overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
At the same time, send 2 working teams to support cutting, trimming, and cleaning trees as requested by Hanoi and Hai Phong cities.
