Along with that, the unit directly detected and advised local authorities to prevent and handle a case involving 81 people intending to illegally propagate religion.
In social security work, the unit coordinated with two coastal border wards Thanh Binh and Thuan Phuoc (Hai Chau district) to organize social security activities, giving 427 gifts to households in difficult circumstances, and giving gifts to students of the program "Helping children go to school - Adopted children of the Border Guard Station".
In particular, implementing the Good People, Good Deeds movement, in 2024, the unit proposed to commend and reward 9 comrades with good deeds when performing tasks such as rescuing foreign tourists, bringing lost elderly people back to their families, and returning lost property to those who lost it.
