The Ministry of Home Affairs has just held a conference to deploy the 2025 Work Program and the first quarter 2025 tasks of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Concluding the Conference, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra acknowledged that in 2024, units made many efforts and determination to successfully complete the tasks assigned by competent authorities, contributing to creating a strong and positive mark of the Ministry of Home Affairs, as a driving force to complete the goals and tasks of 2025.

At the same time, the Minister directed heads of units to thoroughly inform all civil servants, public employees, and workers to continue to be proactive and make efforts to implement tasks right from the first days of the year to complete all tasks in 2025, ensuring quality and progress, and avoiding delays.

It is recommended that units focus on synchronous deployment to Party committees, affiliated units and all civil servants, public employees and workers to carry out tasks for January 2025, creating an exciting atmosphere and competing vigorously to comprehensively complete assigned tasks.

The Minister assigned Deputy Ministers to focus on directing units in their respective fields to focus on implementing tasks according to the 2025 Work Program from the beginning of the year.

The motto is: “Clear people, clear work, clear products, clear responsibilities” for heads of units and for each civil servant, public employee, and worker. From there, thoroughly complete all tasks assigned by competent authorities in 2025.

Regarding the particularly important task of the entire industry, which is to implement the merger of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra requested to ensure proactiveness, unity, consensus, democracy, publicity and transparency.

Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra requested the heads of units under the Ministry and all civil servants, public employees and employees to advise the Government to issue a Decree stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry (after the merger); submit to the Minister to issue the Working Regulations of the Ministry (after the merger).
