On streets such as 2 Thang 9, Bach Dang, Nguyen Van Linh... the system of panels, posters, and banners are installed synchronously, highlighted by the characteristic red color. The national flag is solemnly hung in front of the headquarters of agencies, units, schools and many households.
In residential areas, residential groups proactively renovate and clean up the environment, arrange points to list voters' lists and information related to elections according to regulations. Propaganda work is implemented in many forms such as grassroots loudspeakers, bulletin boards and outdoor electronic screens.
Mr. Hoang Minh Hoa, a resident of Hai Chau ward, said that he spent a lot of time carefully researching information about the candidates for National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels. According to him, fully understanding the action program and capacity of each candidate helps voters have a basis to choose the right person to represent their will and aspirations.
I hope that the upcoming election day will select delegates with heart, vision, sufficient capacity and responsibility, contributing to bringing people's voices to the National Assembly," Mr. Hoa said.
In mountainous communes such as Hung Son commune, AVương commune... mobile propaganda vehicles are arranged to each village, each household to disseminate information about elections, helping people understand the rights and obligations of voters, ready to participate in the election day.
The atmosphere of preparation for the election day takes place urgently, orderly, ensuring solemnity and compliance with regulations. Decoration and visual propaganda contribute to raising voters' awareness, creating a joyful atmosphere towards the great festival of the whole people.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh - Secretary of the Hoi An Ward Party Committee, this year's propaganda work has many advantages thanks to the strong application of digital transformation platforms. Through digital platforms, people can access propaganda information from the Central Government, the city and localities quickly and conveniently.
At the same time, from the digital platform, local authorities also receive many feedbacks from voters, thereby promptly summarizing and reporting to relevant agencies and resolving petitions right from the grassroots level. Thanks to this, the situation of petitions and complaints among the people has also decreased significantly.
