Da Nang City People's Committee said that the City Land Registration Office is piloting the assignment of Branches of the Land Registration Office to sign and issue Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land for some cases of registration of changes of individuals and communities. The program is implemented in Area I (Hai Chau - Thanh Khe), Area II (Son Tra - Ngu Hanh Son), Area X (Thang Binh) and Area XVIII (Que Son) from June 15 to July 15, 2026.
The pilot program is implemented under the direction of the City People's Committee on reducing the time to resolve administrative procedures under the authority of the Land Registration Office. The goal is to promote decentralization and delegation of power in the field of land, shorten the time for transferring dossiers, and improve the efficiency of processing procedures for people and organizations.
On the morning of June 16, the Branch of Land Registration Office Region I signed and issued Certificates to citizens in Hai Chau ward. According to this unit, the field of land has many complex dossiers, each case has its own characteristics, so officials and employees must have a solid grasp of expertise, and at the same time guide people fully in the process of carrying out administrative procedures.
For dossiers that have problems with historical origin or need to verify information, the unit will strengthen coordination with specialized agencies to handle them, and at the same time promptly notify the progress of resolution to help people proactively monitor and limit repeated travel.
Before deployment, the selected pilot units have reviewed facilities, equipment, human resources and developed internal procedures suitable to the administrative procedure resolution process issued by the City People's Committee. The assignment of tasks is implemented according to the "6 clear" principle, including clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear authority and clear results.
According to the plan, from August 1, 2026, the City Land Registration Office will continue to review and cut from 1 to 1.5 working days for many procedures such as renewing and re-issuing Certificates, registering assets attached to land, separating and merging land plots.
