After more than a day of searching, the body of Mr. L.V.K. (27 years old) was discovered on the Nuoc My River (Kham Duc commune). According to local authorities, the victim was a gold digger and was swept away by water while swimming across the river on the afternoon of September 28.
Mr. Ho Cong Diem, Chairman of Kham Duc Commune People's Committee, said that heavy rain in recent days, combined with the Dak Mi 4 hydropower plant regulating water, has caused many difficulties in the search. On the morning of September 29, the weather was more favorable, the authorities walked along the riverbank, waded along the water and discovered the body more than 15m from the accident site.

Also on September 29, Thanh Binh commune found the body of Mr. Ngo Minh Th. (62 years old) after 4 days missing in the forest.
Previously, on the morning of September 25, Mr. Th. and another person went into the mountainous and forest area to find the beehive and then separated to search; by noon of the same day, unable to contact, the family reported to the authorities to mobilize search forces.
Mr. Th.'s body was discovered at Na Vang peak (inter-commune forest area). The initial cause was due to heavy rain, rugged terrain, and the victim got lost for many days, leading to fatigue.

The bodies of the two victims were brought back by the authorities and handed over to their families for burial according to regulations.
