On September 29, according to information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Ministry of Public Security, the authorities have deployed the installation of cameras integrated with AI technology on Le Van Luong Street (Hanoi).
From 12:00 on September 28 to 12:00 on September 29, 2025, through data extraction, the authorities discovered 29 cases of going in the wrong lane (entering the BRT lane on Le Van Luong Street).


At the same time, the AI camera system installed on Pham Van Bach - Hoang Quan Chi street (Hanoi) automatically detected many violations, including: 239 cases of motorbike and motorbike drivers not wearing helmets; 169 cases of not obeying traffic light signals - running red lights; 02 cases of going in the wrong direction.
According to the Traffic Police Department, the violations have been compared with the vehicle registration database system to determine the vehicle owner, and have also been transferred to Hanoi City Police to carry out procedures for handling violations.
At km20 of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway, the camera recorded 2,299 vehicles passing at an average speed of 76km/h. At the same time, 05 cases of not wearing seat belts were detected. The number of violations at this location has decreased significantly compared to before, even from 12:00 on September 27 to 12:00 on September 28, no violations were detected.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that each citizen strictly comply with the law when participating in traffic.
