On December 14, in the competitive atmosphere welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party, the delegation attending the Exchange Program of typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Central - Central Highlands region in 2025 held an incense offering ceremony and flower offering to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site, Nghe An province.

Within the framework of the program, delegates visited Hoang Tru Relic Site and Sen Village - locations associated with President Ho Chi Minh's childhood and teenage years. Thereby, each delegate was more moved, deeply imbued with the ideological, moral and stylistic values of his Son, strengthened his faith and determination to continue studying, practicing, and setting an example in performing his tasks.
