On January 15, the Steering Committee for Crime Prevention, Social Order and Building the All-People Movement to Protect National Security of Dak Lak province organized a conference to summarize the work of building the All-People Movement to Protect National Security in 2025.
The conference also summarized the special emulation movement in the forces participating in protecting security and order (ANTT) at the grassroots level and summarized 3 years of implementing Guidance No. 22 of the Ministry of Public Security.

In 2025, the movement "All people protect national security" in the province continued to be widely and synchronously implemented and achieved many important results.
The awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations... and people in crime prevention and control, ensuring social order and safety have many positive changes.
Many complex cases arising were detected and handled promptly right from the grassroots level; crimes infringing upon social order decreased sharply compared to the same period in 2024.
Forces participating in protecting social order and safety at the grassroots level continue to be effective, especially in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and storms.

Accordingly, the whole province has 3,683 residential areas, agencies, businesses, and commune-level educational institutions; 276 communes, wards, agencies, businesses, and provincial-level educational institutions are recognized as meeting the "Safety of security and order" standards.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Dao My - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the Ministry of Public Security requested to continue to identify the movement "All people protect national security" as a central and regular task of the entire political system; promote the core role of the Police force and the self-conscious and active participation of the People.
At the same time, promote propaganda, dissemination, and legal education; pay attention to commending and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in a timely manner; maintain and replicate effective models and research and build new models suitable to the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Units continue to build forces to participate in protecting social order and safety at the grassroots level, ensuring both quantity, quality and necessary conditions to successfully complete assigned tasks.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security awarded the Medal "Protecting National Security" to 283 individuals; awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 collectives with outstanding achievements in the "All people protect national security" movement in 2025.

The Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 9 collectives and 28 individuals; The Director of the Provincial Police awarded Certificates of Merit to 38 collectives and 82 individuals who made many contributions to building the movement "All people protect national security" and ensuring social order and safety at the grassroots level.
