Accordingly, the collection of opinions is made in the form of votes, applicable to the household representative voters living in localities directly affected by the arrangement. The collection teams will be established in each village, village, and population groups.
The list of voters was implemented from April 15 to April 17. The consulting teams will be established at the commune level on April 15, led by the Party Cell Secretary or the head of the village, the head of the residential group.
The time to organize voters' comments is April 20. After that, the groups summarized the results, made a record and sent them to the People's Committee of the commune before 8:00 am on April 21.
The People's Committee of the commune, the district and the Department of Home Affairs continue to perform the synthesis steps, report the results, and ensure the progress of the People's Council at all levels for consideration and vote from 21 to 24.4.
