According to the report of the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province, the locality has actively arranged and reorganized public service units according to the Resolution of the Central Government.
From 2015 to present, Dak Lak has reduced 141 public service units, bringing the total remaining number down to 1,053 units, compared to 1,194 units in 2015.
It is expected that by December 31, 2024, the number of public service units will continue to decrease to 1,048. Krong Ana district is one of the leading localities in restructuring the apparatus.
From the end of 2023 to 2024, the District People's Committee will merge 4 public service units including: Trung Vuong Primary School into Tran Quoc Toan Primary School, Bang Adrenh Secondary School into Dur Kman Secondary School, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School into Ly Tu Trong Primary School, and Vo Thi Sau Primary School into Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Primary School.
The District People's Committee also implemented the Project to establish the District Project Management and Land Fund Development Board on the basis of merging the Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Land Fund Development Center.
After the arrangement, Krong Ana district has 41 public service units, 4 units less than in 2023.
At the conference to review the work in 2024 and deploy tasks in 2025 of the Home Affairs sector, Mr. Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the need to focus on completing the Project to arrange and streamline the organizational apparatus according to Resolution (No. 18-NQ/TW) before January 15, 2025.
The locality needs to speed up the consultation on expanding the administrative boundaries of Buon Ma Thuot city and arranging administrative units at district and commune levels in the 2023-2025 period.
