According to initial information, at about 11:30 am on July 4, at km85+600 of the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway in the direction of Hai Phong - Hanoi, belonging to Kien Thuy commune (Hai Phong), a traffic accident occurred between a car 30B-020. xx driven by Mr. D. M.H. N (born in 1997, residing in Bach Mai ward, Hanoi) losing control and crashing into the rear of a passenger car (type 30 seats) 34F-011. xx driven by Mr. N.V.A (residing in Gia Phuc commune, Hai Phong).
After the collision, the passenger car lost control, crashed into the median strip and overturned.
Functional agencies determined that the accident killed 1 person and injured 6 others. The victim was N.M.P (9 years old, residing in Gia Phuc commune, Hai Phong). Currently, the cause of the accident is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
