The project "Renovation and embankment of Thuy Van industrial park regulating lake, Nong Trang ward, Phu Tho province" was approved by the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center (under the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province) according to Decision No. 85/QD-TTKCN dated March 23, 2026.
This is a project belonging to Group C, with a total investment of more than 27 billion VND invested by the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center.
The investor has recently issued a bidding invitation notice for "Package No. 04: Construction of works" of the project.
Package No. 04 was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 23.6 billion VND from revenue, a source for career development of the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center.
In the near future, after the above-mentioned construction package completes the contractor selection work, the winning bidder will deploy the renovation and embankment of the Thuy Van industrial park regulating lake within 350 days.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on the afternoon of July 3, the regulating lake in the above-mentioned industrial park is thousands of square meters wide, surrounded by factories and infrastructure.
It can be seen that over time, layers of trees, weeds, floating water hyacinth... have covered the area of the lake surface and lake shore. In the future, when renovation is carried out, the construction unit will have to remove all these layers.
Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - a resident of Hy Cuong commune (former Thanh Dinh commune, adjacent to the industrial park) - shared: "This lake has been abandoned for a long time, now being invested in renovation, in my opinion, it will help the landscape of Thuy Van industrial park to be neat and clean, the environment to be ensured, and the summer days will also be less hot".
