The online contest "Trade Union in My Heart" is for trade union officials, union members, and workers at agencies, units, and enterprises with trade union organizations in the province; and at the same time encourages officials, civil servants, public employees and workers at units that have not yet established trade unions to participate.
The contest focuses on learning about the history of the birth of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Resolution of the Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union Congress for the term 2025-2030, the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the key tasks of the trade union organization.
The exam format is online multiple-choice on the internet with 20 questions (19 multiple-choice questions and 1 prediction question), the exam time is 10 minutes, each candidate is allowed to take the exam up to 3 times per week in 2 weeks of exams.
Contestants participate by accessing the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation Electronic Information Page (website address: https://congdoandatto. org. vn) or scanning the QR code, registering an account, fully declaring information, answering questions and completing the prediction before submitting the paper.
The contest is expected to take place from July 4 to July 17, 2026. Week 1: From 7:30 am on July 4 (Saturday) to 5:00 pm on July 10 (Friday); Week 2: From 7:30 am on July 11 (Saturday) to 5:00 pm on July 17 (Friday).
The prize structure includes weekly prizes (1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes) and the final prize (1 first prize worth 3 million VND, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes).

The results are considered based on the total score, accuracy of the prediction part, completion time and submission time.
After the end, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation will organize a summary, award prizes and issue certificates to collectives and individuals who won prizes.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, leaders of Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that this is not only a knowledge-finding contest, but also a forum for each union member and worker to express their feelings, attachment and pride in the trade union organization.
Along with that, the contest is an opportunity to review the 97-year tradition of building and developing the Vietnam Trade Union; and at the same time contribute to bringing the contents of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union Congress quickly into life.
