On April 21, the Mobile Police Command (CSCĐ) - Ministry of Public Security organized the opening ceremony of a series of training activities to use the upgraded version of operating document management software, combined with the application of digital signatures. The program was deployed synchronously at many locations, with the participation of leaders, commanders at all levels and officers and soldiers of the entire force.
This is a step to concretize the policy of modernizing nghiệp vụ processes, towards building a professional and unified electronic working environment from the Command to grassroots units.
The Mobile Police Command identified digital transformation as a key task, associated with breakthroughs in science, technology and innovation development throughout the force.

According to the Mobile Police Command, after a process of researching and investing in specialized server systems and encryption servers, the commissioning of the upgraded version of the software is considered an important milestone, contributing to improving the effectiveness of operational direction and operation.
The training content not only focuses on software usage techniques, but also aims to change working methods from traditional to electronic environments. Trainees are equipped with skills to exploit new interfaces, optimize the function of searching, storing, and processing documents in real time; and practice digital signing procedures, replacing handwritten signatures, ensuring the legality and integrity of documents in the network environment.
The application of the new system helps shorten processing time, limit errors, and enhance the ability to look up and monitor work progress of leaders at all levels.

Speaking at the training session, Major General Le Van Sao - Deputy Commander of Mobile Police emphasized that the deployment of an upgraded document management system and digital signatures is an urgent requirement to build a regular, elite, and modern Mobile Police force.
Each officer and soldier needs to proactively master technology, ensure smooth and safe information, and effectively serve tasks.

Immediately after the training, the Mobile Police Command requested units to simultaneously put the software into use, considering this an important criterion in evaluating the results of administrative reform and digital transformation in 2026.
