Gia Loc Commune People's Committee, Hai Phong City has organized conferences to disseminate land acquisition and site clearance (GPMB) plans, and receive opinions from people to implement two projects in the area, including the Project to Renovate and upgrade traffic roads from Gia Luong Secondary School to Quan Dao village and the Project for a new residential and service development area in the Northeast of Gia Loc town.
Regarding the project to renovate and upgrade the traffic road from Gia Luong Secondary School to Quan Dao village, the Commune People's Committee has worked with households in Quan Dao and Luy Duong villages with land and assets within the GPMB scope.
The project has a length of 668 m, a total investment of about 25.8 billion VND, a recovered area of about 1.05 ha, aiming to strengthen traffic connection with provincial road 395 and complete infrastructure to serve local socio-economic development.

The Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council has been established to deploy site clearance work in accordance with regulations, and the locality strives to complete compensation, support and hand over clean ground in the first half of July 2026.
For the new residential development and service area project in the Northeast of Gia Loc town (old), the Commune People's Committee organized a conference with more than 150 households in Lang Xuyen village with land and assets within the project area. The project has a scale of about 34.67 ha, with a total estimated investment of over 2,000 billion VND, of which compensation, support and site clearance costs are more than 406 billion VND.
According to the plan, the project will invest in synchronous technical infrastructure, public works, housing areas, commerce, services and education, contributing to urban embellishment and creating motivation for local socio-economic development.
Specialized agencies have disseminated land recovery plans, inventory procedures, identification of land origin, assets on land and compensation, support, and resettlement policies according to regulations; and at the same time, received and answered people's opinions, requesting households to coordinate in implementing site clearance work to ensure the progress of project implementation.
