This land fund is classified as perennial crop land, directly serving the high-tech macadamia planting project.
The State leases land in the form of one-time land rent payment for the entire lease term. The land use term starts from June 9, 2026 and lasts until September 16, 2072.
Businesses are exempt from land rent for 5 years of basic construction. After this time, the company continues to be exempt from all land rent for the remaining time of the project.
Also according to decision 1182, signed by Mr. Lo Van Cuong, the decision to lease 970,000 m2 of land in Si Pa Phin commune to Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. No. 6 (residence group 8, Dien Bien Phu ward).
This is land for irrigation works, serving the Reservoir Construction project. This project applies the form of land lease paid annually by the State. The land use term is calculated from June 9, 2026 to October 15, 2059.
This irrigation project is exempt from land rent for 2 years during the basic construction period. After that, the project continues to be exempt from land rent for another 15 years.
