Dien Bien converts bus station management board to joint stock company

Dien Bien - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the cost estimate for converting the Bus Station Management Board under the Department of Construction into a joint stock company.

Accordingly, the total estimated implementation cost is 732 million VND, including value added tax and excluding the cost of organizing a share sale. The funding source for implementation is from share sales.

Specifically, the cost structure includes: Cost of hiring consultants to convert public service units into joint stock companies of VND 385 million;ons for the Steering Committee and the Working Group of more than VND 237 million; Direct expenses at the Public Service Unit of conversion of VND 88 million; Other expenses of VND 21.4 million.

Notably, the cost of organizing the sale of shares is settled according to the actual amount arising. The expenditure level is calculated at 0.15% of the total value of shares, contributed capital, and actual types of securities sold; minimum 20 million VND and maximum 150 million VND/auction, competitive offering, and bookraising.

The People's Committee of Dien Bien province assigned the Director of the Provincial Bus Station Management Board to be responsible for deciding on specific spending levels, ensuring savings, efficiency, transparency, publicity and compliance with legal regulations.
