Among the 10 remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers who sacrificed in Laos and were handed over by the Martyrs' Grave Repatriation Team of Military Region II this time, 8 remains of martyrs did not have enough identifying factors and 2 remains have been identified.
Immediately after the handover ceremony, the remains of the martyrs were solemnly carried back to be kept at the Tong Khao Martyrs' Cemetery Management House (Thanh Nua commune).
The ceremony to receive the remains of martyrs shows the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude" of the Party, State and people towards the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, bravely sacrificed for the revolutionary cause, for noble international obligations.
According to the plan, the memorial service and burial of the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers who sacrificed in Laos will be solemnly held at Tong Khao Martyrs' Cemetery on December 31st.
