The application time is from 0:00 on December 20, 2025 to 11:00 on December 22, 2025, including construction time, program organization and collection after completion.
During this time, people can move into the mixed lane of Le Loi Street or parallel, adjacent routes such as Ham Nghi, Le Thanh Ton to avoid the above area, especially during rush hour.
The intersections including Pasteur, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Dong Khoi, Phan Boi Chau... are still operating normally.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that drivers reduce speed, comply with instructions from authorities and the traffic signal system when traveling through the program area.
