On the evening of November 18, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police (PC08) said that the car lane on Le Loi Street (Saigon Ward) will be closed to traffic for many days to ensure traffic safety and order when the 25th Anniversary of the Festival of Fine Arts - Festival of martial Arts of Ho Chi Minh City in 2025 "Vietnamese Arts - Connecting for Peace" takes place.

Accordingly, with the event Hao Hao Concert - 25th Anniversary: The car fleet on Le Loi Street (from Pasteur to Nam Ky Khoi Nghia and from Nam Ky Khoi Nghia to Phan Boi Chau) will be banned from circulation from November 17 to November 23.

For the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City International Martial Arts Festival event "Vietnamese Arts - Connecting Peace", vehicles will be banned from circulating in the car lane (from Nguyen Hue to Pasteur) from 0:00 on November 18 to the end of December 2.

During the event, vehicles can travel into the mixed lane of Le Loi Street or parallel roads adjacent to Le Loi Street.

The routes intersecting with Le Loi Street, including Pasteur, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Dong Khoi, Phan Boi Chau... are still operating normally.

The Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department noted that drivers of vehicles traveling through the area where this program is held need to reduce speed and follow the instructions of the traffic police force, forces participating in ensuring traffic order and safety or traffic signaling systems on the road.
