Colonel Truong Van Hong, from Bong Lai ward, Bac Ninh province, has 17 years of service at the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Hanoi City Police.
Before being appointed Deputy Director of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Colonel Truong Van Hong used to hold the position of Deputy Head of Me Linh District Police; Deputy Head of Hai Ba Trung District Police, Head of Hai Ba Trung District Police.
