    Accordingly, Mr. Luc The Hung - Deputy Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Bac Quang District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

    Presenting the decision and congratulatory flowers, Mr. Nguyen Manh Dung - Acting Secretary of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee - requested that in his new position, Mr. Luc The Hung will continue to strive, practice, and promote the spirit of solidarity.

    Speaking at the ceremony, the new Secretary of Bac Quang District Party Committee expressed his gratitude and promised to continue to make efforts, perform well in the role of leader, and complete the assigned tasks well.
