At the conference, the reporter of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation informed and exchanged professional knowledge with union officials on implementing the regulations on democracy at the workplace according to the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code and related implementing documents. At the same time, exchanging knowledge, skills and experience in perfecting the People's Inspectorate to meet operational requirements; promulgating regulations on implementing democracy at the workplace and organizing quality labor conferences.
Also at the training course, delegates shared and had their practical difficulties in implementing democratic regulations at their units resolved. Thereby, helping each union official gain more knowledge, experience, and skills to advise on the effective organization of conferences for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers, ensuring compliance with regulations, contributing to the successful completion of the tasks of each agency, unit, and union organization.
