The core area of Cat Tien National Park is located in the area of two communes Cat Tien 2 and Cat Tien 3 (Lam Dong province), including villages formerly belonging to Phuoc Cat 2 commune and Dong Nai Thuong commune (old).

These are areas with many traffic difficulties, with more than 92% of the population being ethnic minorities K'Ho, Ma, S'Tieng living. People's lives mainly depend on agricultural production and activities associated with forests.
According to elder Dieu K'Giac (BiNao village, Cat Tien 3 commune), to help people grasp the meaning and importance of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, the village committee has organized many propaganda activities.

“In meetings, I often mobilize people to go to the polls to choose delegates who are virtuous and talented enough to represent the voice of the People. People also hope that delegates will pay more attention to the transfer of science and technology to farmers, especially in plant care to increase income,” elder Dieu K'Giac shared.
According to Mr. Dieu K'Ru, Secretary of the Party Cell of hamlet 4 (Cat Tien 2 commune), during the propaganda process, village officials focused on explaining to people to understand the meaning of the election, the rights and obligations of voters, as well as the process, time and location of voting.

Village 4 belongs to electoral group No. 1 of the commune, with more than 100 voters who are ethnic minorities. Up to now, people basically understand the regulations to exercise their rights and obligations as citizens. We believe that 100% of voters in the village will participate in voting fully," Mr. Dieu K'Ru said.
Ready for the all-people festival
Along with direct propaganda, the locality also organizes seminars in villages and hamlets to introduce summary biographies and action programs of candidates.
Thereby, helping voters better understand the capacity, qualities as well as the action program of each candidate before choosing a worthy person.

Mr. Dieu K' Von, a voter in Bu Sa village (Cat Tien 3 commune), said that through propaganda sessions, people understand more clearly the meaning of election day - the festival of the whole people.
Local people expect the new term delegates to pay more attention to social security policies, economic development and support for the application of science and technology in production," Mr. K'Von said.
According to Mr. Dieu K'Dot, Secretary of the Party Cell cum Head of hamlet 3 (Cat Tien 2 commune), people here mainly farm, go to the fields during the day, so propaganda officials often have to go to each house in the late afternoon to meet them.

Thanks to that, information about the election is explained specifically, and people can also understand and participate more actively," Mr. K'Dot said.
In addition to direct propaganda, the grassroots loudspeaker system also regularly broadcasts news, announcements and instructions related to election work, helping people grasp information in a timely manner.
Listing points for voters' lists, candidate lists and related information are also placed at communal houses, village cultural houses and community activity areas for people to conveniently follow.
Thanks to the active involvement of the government and local forces, the awareness of people in the core area of Cat Tien National Park about the election is increasingly raised.

Many households proactively seek information and exchange with village and commune officials about the rights and responsibilities of voters.
From there, people are ready to participate in the election day with a high sense of responsibility, implementing the motto "vote correctly, vote enough, vote early".
