Dong Nai sets date for compensation payment for Ring Road 4 HCMC project

On April 5, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee just issued a plan to implement compensation and site clearance for Component Projects 1-2: Compensation, support, resettlement and construction of service roads and side roads in Dong Nai province under the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project.

According to the plan, Dong Nai strives to complete compensation and site clearance work within 100 days and nights, contributing to ensuring the overall progress of the Ring Road 4 project in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, the Land Fund Development Center of branches, commune-level People's Committees where land is recovered and relevant units organize the payment of compensation, support, and resettlement arrangements from April to June 2026.

Previously, on March 16, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee decided to approve Sub-projects 1-2: Compensation, support, resettlement and construction of service roads and side roads on the territory of Dong Nai province under the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project.

Component project 1-2 has a total investment of more than 10,000 billion VND, with 2 investment items including building service roads, side roads and compensation, support, resettlement, and relocation of technical infrastructure.

To implement the project, Dong Nai province must recover a land area of more than 443 hectares in 9 communes (An Vien commune, Xuan Duong commune, Xuan Que commune, Dau Giay commune, Binh An commune, Hung Thinh commune, Trang Bom commune, Binh Minh commune, Tan An commune) with a total number of households expected to be resettled of 1,119 households, the commencement progress of component project 1-2 is in June 2026.
