On January 15, information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province said that it had decided to implement Resolution No. 68/NQ-HDND of the province on the investment policy of the project to build DT 769E road (section from Long Thanh airport to DT 770B road) and assigned the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor.
Regarding investment scale, this is a level 1 project (phase 1) with a design speed of 60km/h, building a new DT 769E route with a length of nearly 8km, starting at the main axis of the East gate of Long Thanh airport and ending at the intersection with DT 770B road.
Phase 1 investment divergence with 2 parallel roads 30m wide.
The total investment of the project is about 1,400 billion VND, of which the cost of compensation and resettlement support is nearly 600 billion VND from the provincial budget.
The project is implemented in Long Thanh and Cam My districts with a land area of about 82.3 hectares.
Project implementation period is from 2025 - 2028, expected to arrange capital for investment preparation in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 and the period 2026 - 2030 to arrange capital for project implementation.
According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, the investment goal of DT 769E route is to gradually complete the planned traffic infrastructure system in Dong Nai province.
Enhance traffic capacity between the Southern key economic zone and the Northern provinces, the Central Highlands provinces, especially with routes T1, T2, and DT 769E road connecting directly to Long Thanh airport.
Improve investment efficiency when Long Thanh airport is put into operation, meet traffic and transportation needs, contribute to socio-economic development of districts with routes passing through in particular and Dong Nai province in general.
