Recently, the investors and construction contractors of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project have surveyed and proposed 3 additional locations to the materials survey dossier for road construction. including: Phuoc Binh commune, Long Thanh district with an area of more than 16 hectares; Phuoc Tan ward area, Bien Hoa city has an area of 9.3 hectares and Tam Phuoc ward area, Bien Hoa has an area of 6 hectares.
To ensure the source of materials for the construction of key traffic projects, the People's Committee recommends that the Prime Minister approve the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to exploit and use backfill soil sources as filling materials not planned in the area. The above 3 areas are to provide for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, with consideration of coordinating materials provided for the construction of Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City.
The project construction contractor shall negotiate with the people who own the land to recover backfilling materials. The volume of materials will only serve the construction of national key projects. The contractor is responsible for paying all taxes. , fees to the state according to regulations.
After exploitation, people can continue to use the land according to the issued Land Use Rights Certificate; Land use planning at locations remains the same according to current planning and compensation and site clearance will be carried out when implementing the project according to planning.
The project investor approved adding materials to the materials survey file for the construction of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway.
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee will organize strict control of the process of leveling and recovering materials to serve the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project until the project is completed.
