On September 6, Dau Giay Ward People's Committee, Dong Nai City, just announced a summary list of all 50 households and individuals subject to land acquisition to serve the project to upgrade and expand road 769.
Accordingly, the land area recovered to implement the project of compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance for the project of upgrading and expanding road 769 through the ward is more than 5,800m2.
According to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, the project of compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance for upgrading and expanding road 769 has a total investment of about 3,096 billion VND, implemented from 2024 - 2026.
The total land acquisition area is about 135.5 ha in 3 communes and wards including: Dau Giay, Binh An and Long Thanh.
The number of households expected to be resettled is about 996 households.
The project to upgrade and expand road 769 is nearly 30 km long, starting point intersecting with National Highway 1 at Dau Giay intersection, Dau Giay ward, Dong Nai city; ending point intersecting with National Highway 51 at Loc An intersection, Long Thanh ward, Dong Nai city.
The project is implemented to increase connectivity, shorten travel time from localities and provinces in the Central Highlands and South Central Coast regions in general to Long Thanh airport. Thereby, the project meets transportation needs, reduces traffic volume for National Highway 1, contributing to socio-economic development of localities with roads passing through in particular, Dong Nai City and the Southern Key Economic Region in general.
The project to upgrade and expand road 769 was started on July 10.
