In the next 24-48 hours, the low pressure trough through the Northern region connecting to the hot low pressure area in the West tends to be compressed, gradually moving southward, then weakening and gradually filling. Above, the subtropical high pressure with its axis passing through the South Central region weakens slightly; winds in the Southern sea areas are weak. High-altitude disturbances in the Southern region are more active.
In the next 3-10 days, the low pressure trough passing through the North Central region will continue to gradually fill. Around April 20-21, the hot low pressure area in the West will develop strongly again, expanding to the Southeast and connecting with a low pressure trough with an axis of about 22-25 degrees North latitude.
Above, the subtropical high pressure passing through the Central region is weakly operating, from around April 21, it tends to gradually strengthen. Upper-level disturbances in the South are operating well in the period April 16-20, then gradually weakening.
In Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region, in the next 24-48 hours, hot weather will only occur sporadically, concentrated in the central and northern areas of Ho Chi Minh City, with the highest temperature 35-36 degrees C, the lowest humidity 45-55%, the hot weather time is mainly from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
From April 15th, thunderstorms appear in some places, sunny during the day. From April 17th onwards, hot weather continues to narrow and only occurs locally.
