In the next 24-48 hours, a new cold air mass from China is moving southward and will affect the Northern region. Above, the subtropical high pressure is slowly moving northward through the South Central region. Upper-level disturbances are weakening, so the weather is generally more stable.
In the next 3-10 days, cold air will continue to affect the North and Central regions, expected to strengthen around February 19, then gradually weaken. When the cold air decreases, the hot low pressure in the West tends to expand to the East.
