Along key roads such as Hung Vuong, Doc Lap, Dien Bien Phu or the area around Hoan Kiem Lake, a system of banners, slogans, and banners to celebrate the Congress is densely arranged, creating a joyful atmosphere. The presence of the Party flag and the national flag not only beautifies the urban appearance but also spreads the atmosphere of the big festival to every citizen.
In the area of Ba Dinh Square and President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, elaborate flower miniatures are designed on a large scale. The bright colors of flowers make the solemn political space soft and full of life.
Behind that brilliant street picture is the silent dedication of thousands of environmental workers, green tree workers - people who are diligently working day and night to beautify the "heart" of the whole country.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom (employee of Hanoi Green Parks Company) and colleagues diligently prune and replace the last flower pots to complete the miniature landscape in the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area. Her hands are quick but gentle, carefully placing each bunch of trees in the designated position, ensuring uniformity.
During this time, Ms. Thom was assigned the task of arranging flower miniatures in Hung Vuong - Doc Lap street area. The workload increased 2-3 times compared to normal days, from pruning tall branches, creating shady canopies to decorating flower carpets, all requiring absolute accuracy in terms of technique and aesthetics.
This time's task is not just planting trees, but how to make the trees and flowers look most beautiful and radiant right on the days of the Congress. Tired, it's tiring, but when I see the results of brilliant streets, seeing people excitedly taking photos next to the flower carpets I planted, I feel very proud because I have contributed a small part to the success of the Congress," Ms. Thom proudly shared.
Not only new planting, maintenance and watering work are also carried out continuously. The blue shirts of workers quietly working in the red colors of flags and flowers have become a beautiful, simple but meaningful image in the joyful days of the country.
If green tree workers are the "embellishers" of the city, then environmental sanitation workers are the ones who keep the streets of the Capital clean.
On Dinh Tien Hoang street, Ms. Pham Thanh Hien pulls a small garbage truck, her hands quick with bamboo brooms.Ms. Hien said that to serve the Congress, environmental teams are increasing the number of personnel and the frequency of sweeping.Working hours are often longer, especially night shifts to ensure that the streets are tidy in the early morning.
Quickly wiping away her sweat, Ms. Hien smiled brightly: "I am a manual laborer, I don't have any big contributions, I just know how to try to keep the road I am in charge of as clean as possible. These days, seeing flags and flowers fill the sky, the atmosphere of the Congress is bustling everywhere, I also feel happy when I go to work".
The atmosphere of the 14th Party Congress has spread to every street, imbued with the working spirit of each citizen. The radiance of the Capital today is woven from the fresh flower carpets and even the sweat of silent workers. Everyone is working with the mindset of citizens who are looking towards the great festival of the whole nation. They dedicate their strength in a voluntary and persistent way, so that Hanoi truly becomes a pride, worthy of being the heart of the whole country in these historic joyful days.
