The incident of nearly 100 houses having power outages for 3 consecutive days occurred in Khanh Long quarter, Tan Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Group 1, Khanh Long quarter, Tan Phuoc Khanh ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province).
According to the people, in this area, families buy land to divide into plots and use a common book. To pay for electricity, the people elected Mr. P.A.T to collect the money to pay the electricity seller. This month, people paid Mr. P.A.T, but he did not pay to the electricity seller.
On August 19, 2 people went down to cut off the power at the main bridge. This caused nearly 100 houses in the above area to lose power.

Mr. Doan Dac Huong is one of the families who do not have electricity, reflecting: "I have lived here for more than 10 years, this area is land divided into common plots. I found the price suitable so I bought it to live here. The whole area has only 1 electric meter at the beginning of the road. Then divide it into small groups for nearly 100 households inside. This month, we paid Mr. T for the electricity, but he did not pay for the electricity, so the power was cut off. We went to Mr. T's house but couldn't find him. When we asked, the relatives said we didn't know where to go."
"It is very hot during the day, at night, and the sky is as dark as squid. My children are preparing for the new school year but there is no electricity for studying. The food in the refrigerator was completely spoiled" - Ms. Tran Thi Bich Ngoc said.

According to records, nearly 100 households in the small road lost power and were dark. There are cases where households have to rent generators for temporary use.
