On June 13, Cao Xanh Ward People's Committee coordinated with the Quang Ninh Provincial Employment Service Center to organize the 2026 Cao Xanh Ward Job Fair with the theme "Connecting workers with businesses - Joining hands to develop local socio-economy".
The festival attracted 19 businesses to participate in recruiting 131 job positions, with a total recruitment demand of 12,739 workers.
The recruitment positions are diverse in industries and professional qualifications, with an average income of 8-20 million VND/month.

At the program, representatives of the Quang Ninh Provincial Employment Service Center informed about the labor supply and demand situation, and recruitment needs in the province.
In 2026, businesses in the province have a recruitment demand of about 31,000 workers, of which businesses in industrial parks alone need over 24,000 workers.
Recruitment demand is concentrated in the fields of mechanics, electricity - electronics, automation, logistics, garment, services, tourism and hotels.
Within the framework of the festival, the Quang Ninh Provincial Employment Service Center and Cao Xanh Ward People's Committee signed a coordination regulation in generalizing and providing labor market information; supporting the connection of labor supply and demand; propagating and disseminating policies and programs to introduce jobs to people in the area.
