The dissolution of Po Peo border gate Customs is part of the process of arranging and consolidating the organizational structure of the Customs sector in a streamlined direction, suitable to the actual operating situation in the localities.
After dissolving this unit, Sub-Department of Customs Region XVI still has 7 sub-department block units and 8 border gate customs units, outside the border gate.
Among the 8 border gate customs units, outside the border gate, Cao Bang province has 4 units including: Ta Lung International Border Gate Customs, Tra Linh International Border Gate Customs, Soc Giang Border Gate Customs and Ly Van Border Gate Customs.
In Tuyen Quang province, there are 4 units including: Thanh Thuy International Border Gate Customs, Sam Pun Border Gate Customs, Xin Man Border Gate Customs and Tuyen Quang Customs.
