Director of Khanh Hoa Police receives citizens to listen to and resolve petitions

Khanh Hoa - The Director of the Provincial Police chaired a periodic citizen reception to listen to and resolve petitions and reflections.

On June 15, at the Citizen Reception Headquarters of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, Major General Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police chaired the regular citizen reception session in June 2026.

At the citizen reception, Major General Nguyen Huu Phuoc directly listened, considered and explained the contents presented by citizens. Functional units also provided additional information about the results of verification and resolution of cases reflected by citizens.

For contents not under the jurisdiction of the Police agency, citizens are guided to contact competent functional agencies for consideration and resolution according to regulations.

In addition, the Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police further explained the legal regulations related to the settlement of complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections to help citizens understand their rights and responsibilities.

Through this, people implement the correct order and procedures according to regulations, and at the same time coordinate with the Police agency in the process of resolving related issues.

Over the past time, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police have maintained regular citizen reception to promptly receive, listen to and resolve people's petitions and reflections.

This activity contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of mass mobilization work and building a close relationship between the Police force and the people.
