Through propaganda, Mr. Hieu clearly realized his responsibility and voluntarily handed over the rare animal individual to the functional forces.
This culi individual belongs to group IB - a group of endangered, precious, and rare forest animals that are strictly protected. After receiving it, functional forces completed the procedures according to regulations and proceeded to hand over the individual to release back into the natural environment.
