According to the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, functional forces will base on the actual situation to arrange and adjust traffic flow flexibly, and at the same time coordinate with commune-level police to promptly handle arising situations, ensuring traffic order and safety.

Traffic police recommend that people when participating in traffic during peak hours should comply with traffic regulation signals and road signal systems; proactively monitor traffic information to choose reasonable travel times and directions; do not stop or park vehicles on the road or in the event area causing traffic obstruction.
