Forecast for the evening of May 28 and the day of May 29, the Northern region will have rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Hue in the next two days will continue to be intensely hot, especially intense in some places with the highest temperature commonly 37-39 degrees C, in some places above 39 degrees C.
The meteorological agency said that from May 29, widespread heat in the North will end, and in the Central region, the heat will gradually subside.
Further forecast, the meteorological agency predicts that from June 1st, the Northern and Central regions are likely to experience widespread heat waves.
