According to the traffic organization adjustment plan, from 1:00 p.m. on January 26, 2025 to 1:00 a.m. on January 27, 2025 and from 1:00 p.m. on January 28, 2025 to 1:00 a.m. on January 29, 2025, all trucks of 3.5 tons or more and passenger cars of 16 seats or more are prohibited from traveling on the following routes: Me Tri; Chau Van Liem; Le Quang Dao; Le Duc Tho; Hong Do; Vuon Cam; Tan My; Tan An Binh; My Dinh 2; Do Xuan Hop; Nguyen Co Thach; Trinh Van Bo; Tran Huu Duc; Ham Nghi; K2; Nguyen Van Giap; Nguyen Hoang.
Vehicles participating in traffic go in the direction:
- Pham Hung - Tran Duy Hung - Pham Hung - Ho Tung Mau intersection and vice versa; Pham Hung - Thang Long Boulevard service road intersection and vice versa.
- Pham Hung - Ho Tung Mau - Ho Tung Mau intersection and vice versa; Pham Hung - Ho Tung Mau - Pham Hung - Thang Long Boulevard service road and vice versa.
From 5:00 p.m. on January 26, 2025 to 1:00 a.m. on January 27, 2025 and from 5:00 p.m. on January 28, 2025 to 1:00 a.m. on January 29, 2025. All vehicles are prohibited from entering the following routes: Le Quang Dao (Section from Tan An Binh - Cung Viet Trung, Le Quang Dao intersection); Le Duc Tho (Section from Le Duc Tho - Tan An Binh intersection to Le Duc Tho - Tran Huu Duc intersection); Hong Do; Vuon Cam; Tan My; Tan An Binh; My Dinh 2; Do Xuan Hop; K2; Nguyen Van Giap.
Vehicles participating in traffic go in the direction:
- Le Duc Tho - Tran Huu Duc intersection: Tran Huu Duc - Le Duc Tho and vice versa.
- Le Quang Dao - Chau Van Liem intersection: Chau Van Liem - Le Quang Dao (U-turn point in front of The Matrix One building) Le Quang Dao - Me Tri; Me Tri - Le Quang Dao (U-turn point in front of Vietnam - China Friendship Palace) - Le Quang Dao - Chau Van Liem.
