On July 24, the City People's Committee issued Plan No. 198/KH-UBND on Organizing fireworks displays in the political art program "Fatherland in the heart" in Hanoi.
According to the Plan, to create an exciting atmosphere, patriotism, and solidarity among the people of the Capital to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The fireworks display will take place from 10:00 p.m. to 10:08 p.m. on August 10, 2025, with a scale of 300 high-altitude fireworks and 60 low-altitude fireworks displays, lasting 8 minutes at the F1 racetrack area, Tu Liem ward.
The program is implemented with a budget of 1 billion VND from socialized sources.
Agencies and units: Hanoi Capital Command presides over the organization, implementation of transportation, construction of fire fighting sites; the City Police Association ensures security and order, fire prevention and fighting; prepares estimates to submit to the City People's Committee for approval.
