The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 17143/VP-DT dated October 22 on the implementation of the direction of the Deputy Prime Minister in Document No. 10032/VPCP-CN dated October 16 of the Government Office.
According to the content of the Official Dispatch, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Departments: Planning - Architecture, Finance, Agriculture and Environment; City Police; People's Committees of communes, wards and related units to seriously and effectively implement the tasks assigned by the City People's Committee in Document No. 14234/VP-DT on ensuring fire safety, fire prevention and fighting and rescue at vehicle parking lots and Notice No. 637/TB-VP on planning, investment and management of static traffic systems.
At the same time, study and implement tasks under the responsibility and authority of the City according to the direction of the Deputy Prime Minister in Document No. 10032/VPCP-CN of the Government Office on continuing to review and handle parking lots under bridges and road. Timely advise, propose, and report to the City People's Committee on contents beyond its authority.
The Department of Culture and Sports is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Construction, relevant departments, branches of the City, localities, and units to promote information, propaganda, and dissemination of legal regulations on the management and protection of road traffic infrastructure; raise awareness of compliance of people, organizations, and businesses, prevent re-offending the use of bridge and road bridges as vehicle parking, business or use in violation of regulations. Ensure traffic order, safety, discipline and urban civilization.
