Answering voters' petitions, Hanoi City People's Committee said that according to the approved 1/2000 scale Urban Subdivision Plan H1-2, at land plot No. 183 Hoang Hoa Tham street (Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Company is being allocated for use) is subject to relocation according to Resolution 17/NQ-HĐND dated July 8, 2022 of the City People's Council and Decision No. 3952/QD-UBND dated August 8, 2023 of the City People's Committee on the list of houses and land to be relocated according to phase 1 planning.
The area is oriented to plan land use functions to arrange high schools with code E1-THPT1 (area scale of about 9,600m2).
At the land plot, the City People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 6929/UBND-KT dated December 31, 2025 on the implementation of the Project to build and form a tourist destination for the Hanoi Beer Museum at land plot No. 183 Hoang Hoa Tham street.
