Organize the implementation of deduction of points and restoration of driving license points.
Investigate and strictly handle violations of the law related to traffic and transportation activities such as: production, purchase, sale, use of fake documents of vehicles and vehicle operators; violations of construction, repair, maintenance, and upkeep of traffic infrastructure.
Continuing to implement projects and projects to modernize the capacity of traffic police, apply science and technology in all aspects of work, reduce direct contact with people. Changing manual operating methods to electronic environment, operating management of functional forces, promoting the provision of public services to serve people and businesses. Application of science and technology, promoting administrative reform in the fields of issuance, re -issuance, revoking the driver's license, registering vehicles, granting licenses to use the priority vehicle transmission device, handling administrative violations to ensure timely, create maximum favorable conditions for people and businesses.
Coordinate with media agencies to strengthen the dissemination of the main contents of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and guiding documents for implementation, focus on guiding traffic skills, complying with traffic rules and regulations for children when participating in traffic; coordinate with the education and training sector to organize guiding on safe motorbike driving skills for students.
Coordinate with the Department of Construction to promptly repair and repair damaged and unreasonable traffic lights so that traffic participants can easily identify and comply.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to urgently advise the City People's Committee to issue a resolution on: The scope of the operation of rudimentary vehicles, four -wheel trucks with engines and vehicles carrying four -wheelers with local engines; Activities of environmental sanitation vehicles, cars carrying construction materials, separate waste, road transport activities in urban areas and the proportion of public passenger transport vehicles with equipment to support people with disabilities in urban areas; Stipulating the time and scope of passenger transportation activities with a four -wheel vehicle with engines and transportation activities by cars carrying four -wheel cargo vehicles with local engines; Regulations on the use of motorbikes, motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles for business transportation and goods in the local area prescribed in the Law on Road Traffic order and safety.
